At Soapy Jane's Laundry, we strive to provide accurate and timely Laundry Card reload services.

Laundry Card Reloads
Please verify your Laundry Card number before completing your purchase.
Once funds have been successfully added to a Laundry Card, the transaction is considered complete and is generally non-refundable.

Processing Time
Most reload requests are processed within 24 hours.

Incorrect Information
If you enter an incorrect Laundry Card number or believe your funds were not applied correctly, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will investigate the issue and make every reasonable effort to resolve it.

Payment Errors
Refund requests related to duplicate charges, processing errors, or technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
